2025 Annual Independent Director Performance Report
As an independent director of the seventh and eighth boards of Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I hereby report on my fulfillment of independent director duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information
(I) Personal Basic Information
I, Zheng Pengcheng, born in 1966, hold a Ph.D. in Law, am a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law School of Hunan University, and concurrently serve as the Honorary President of the Hunan Provincial Law Society and Vice President of the Hunan Provincial Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition Law Enforcement Research Association. I previously served as an independent director of Changsha Bank Co., Ltd. I am currently an independent director of Hunan Guoke Microelectronics Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director of the Company since October 2024.
(II) Independence Statement
I do not hold any positions in the Company other than that of an independent director. I have no direct or indirect interest relationship with the Company or its major shareholders, nor any other relationship that may affect my independent and objective judgment. I perform my duties independently, without being influenced by the Company, its major shareholders, or any other entities or individuals.
In accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and other relevant regulations, I have conducted a self-assessment of my independence and submitted the Independent Director Independence Self-Assessment Table to the Company's board of directors. I believe there are no circumstances that affect my independence.
