Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm for 2025 and the Audit Committee's Fulfillment of Supervisory Duties
Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") engaged Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshen Zhonghuan") as its 2025 annual audit institution. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company evaluated Zhongshen Zhonghuan's performance during the 2025 audit process, and the Board of Directors' Audit Committee supervised Zhongshen Zhonghuan's performance. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business filed with the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the firm has the qualification for auditing joint-stock companies' share issuance and bond issuance. In November 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities.
