I. Overview of Guarantee Situation
Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Shareholding Company") deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Guaranteeing Subsidiaries' Application for Bank Comprehensive Credit" at the Third Meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors held on March 18, 2026, and the 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 10, 2026. The Company provides guarantees for some of its subsidiaries' applications for bank comprehensive credit, with a total guarantee amount of RMB 280 million. Specifically, the guarantee amount for Hunan Mei Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mei Home Textile") is RMB 70 million; the guarantee amount for Fujian Dafang Sleep Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dafang Sleep") is RMB 150 million; the guarantee amount for Hunan Mengjie Sleep Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mengjie Sleep") is RMB 30 million; the guarantee amount for Hunan Mengjie Baby Home Textile Co., Ltd.
