Regarding the Legal Opinion on the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Fiber Materials Co., Ltd.
To: Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Fiber Materials Co., Ltd.
Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai) (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm") has been entrusted by Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Fiber Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to appoint lawyers to attend the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting") and, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Rules for Shareholders' Meetings of Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the Articles of Association of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Fiber Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Articles of Association"), to issue this Legal Opinion on matters related to the Meeting.

The Firm and the handling lawyers, in accordance with the Securities Law, the Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business, and the Practice Rules of Law Firms for Securities Legal Business, and based on facts that have occurred or existed prior to the issuance of this Legal Opinion, have strictly performed their statutory duties, adhered to the principles of diligence and good faith, conducted thorough verification, and ensured that the facts identified in this Legal Opinion are true, accurate, and complete.
