As an independent director of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., I have, in the spirit of being responsible to all shareholders, strictly complied with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, and the "Articles of Association," "Independent Director Work System," and "Independent Director Annual Report Work System" to fully exercise the powers granted by the company. Jin Xiangyu, male, Chinese national, with no overseas permanent residency, born in February 1956, holds a university degree and has obtained the qualification certificate for independent directors issued by the stock exchange. He has served as Director of the Nonwovens Research Office at China Textile University, Director of the Department of Nonwovens Materials and Engineering at Donghua University School of Textiles, Vice Dean of Donghua University School of Textiles, Independent Director of Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd. (600626), Independent Director of the third and fourth boards of Jiangsu Jiangnan High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd. (600527), Independent Director of the fourth board of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (002395), Independent Director of the second board of Hangzhou Haoyue Personal Care Products Co., Ltd. (605009), and Independent Director of the Company. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Donghua University School of Textiles, Deputy Director of the Professional Committee of China Industrial Textiles, Vice President of the Spunlace Branch of China Industrial Textiles Association, Director of the Chinese Society of Textile Engineering, and Independent Director of Jiangsu Jiangnan High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd.
