As an independent director of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., I have, in the spirit of responsibility to all shareholders, strictly adhered to the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Guiding Opinions on Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," and the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," as well as the "Company Articles of Association," "Company Independent Director Work System," and "Independent Director Annual Report Work System." I have fully exercised the powers granted by the company, faithfully and diligently performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings of the company in 2025, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, and diligently fulfilled the obligations and responsibilities of an independent director, thereby fully playing the role of an independent director and effectively safeguarding the interests of the company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.

I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
Yu Chongwen, male, Chinese national, with no permanent residency abroad, born in April 1962, a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Textile Engineering from Donghua University, is a national-level famous teacher, a recipient of the "Ten Thousand Talents Program" leading talent, enjoys special government allowances, and is a textile research expert. He has authored books such as "Spinning Technology" and serves as the Director of the Textile Professional Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and the Chairman of the Flax and Hemp Textile Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Textile Engineering. He previously served as an independent director of Changjiang Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. (600757) and Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (002395). He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Textile Science and Engineering, Donghua University, an independent director of this company, an independent director of Hunan Huasheng Co., Ltd. (600156), and an independent director of Jiangsu Lianfa Textile Co., Ltd. (002394).
