As an independent director of Wuxi Shuangxiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., I have, in the spirit of being responsible to all shareholders, strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and the "Company Articles of Association," "Company Independent Director Work System," and "Independent Director Annual Report Work System." Li Yuxiang, male, Chinese national, with no permanent overseas residency, born in July 1967, with a university education, is a lawyer and holds an independent director qualification certificate issued by the stock exchange. He previously served as the Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Provincial Direct Branch of the Jiangsu Lawyers Association, the Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, and an independent director of Hanwha Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (000727) and an independent director of this company. He is currently the Director of Financial Execution at Jiangsu Xingao Law Firm, an arbitrator at the Nanjing Arbitration Commission, and an arbitrator at the Changzhou Arbitration Commission.
