To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Jiangsu United Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office, I have strictly abided by the "Company Law," the "Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Norms for Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System" and other regulations. I have conscientiously and diligently performed my duties, fully utilized the role of independent director, and protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The report on my performance in 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I, Zhao Shuming, am a Chinese national, born in December 1952, with a doctoral degree. I am currently the Honorary Dean, Senior Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at the Business School of Nanjing University, and the Dean of the Xingzhi College of Nanjing University. I served as an independent director of the Company from May 2020 to September 2025. My term expired in September 2025, and I will no longer serve as an independent director or a member of the Company's special committees, nor will I hold any other positions in the Company.
