To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Jiangsu Lianfa Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office, I have strictly complied with the "Company Law," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for the Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System." I have conscientiously and faithfully performed my duties, fully played the role of an independent director, and protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I, Yu Chongwen, am a Chinese national, born in 1962, a member of the Communist Party of China. I hold a Ph.D. in Textile Engineering from China Textile University. I am a national-level teaching master, a leading talent in the "Ten Thousand Talents Program" of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, enjoy special government allowances, and am a textile research expert, authoring books such as "Spinning." I am currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Textiles, Donghua University, and have served as an independent director of the Company since September 2025.
