To further improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms of Jiangsu Lianfa Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Shareholding Company"), enhance the Company's corporate governance level, and promote the Company's long-term sustainable development, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," and the Company's "Remuneration System for Directors and Senior Management," and in conjunction with the Company's actual situation, the "2026 Senior Management Remuneration Plan" has been formulated.
I. Scope of Application Senior management of the Company.
II. Validity Period January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
III. Senior Management Remuneration Standards Senior management of the Company shall be remunerated in accordance with the corresponding remuneration system based on their specific positions within the Company and shall not receive additional work allowances. The annual remuneration plan shall consist of basic salary, performance-based salary, and other incentive income. The proportion of performance-based salary shall generally not be less than 50% of the total of basic salary and performance-based salary.
- Basic salary refers to the fixed salary for the position, which is determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the position's value, operating scale, management complexity, and industry standards.
- Performance-based salary includes monthly performance salary and annual performance salary. Monthly performance salary primarily evaluates the management level during the process, while annual performance salary primarily evaluates the annual operating performance.
- Other incentive income refers to rewards and allowances granted in accordance with the Company's regulations.
