Attachment: Mr. Liu Guigen, male, born in 1962, Chinese national, member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree, and a senior economist. From 2021 to May 2022, he served as a director of CITIC Urban Development Co., Ltd. and CITIC Environment Co., Ltd. From April 2023 to February 2026, he served as the General Commander and Chief Advisor of the Angola Aluminum Industry Park of Hebei Huatong Wire and Cable Group Co., Ltd. As of now, Mr. Liu Guigen does not hold any shares in the Company. He has no relationship with shareholders holding more than 5% of the Company's shares, the actual controller, or other directors and senior management personnel of the Company.
