Tianjin Life Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") held the Fourth Meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on March 24, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Salary Situation of Senior Management in 2025 and the Salary Plan for 2026." The specific details are hereby announced as follows:
I. Salary Situation of Senior Management in 2025
In 2025, there were 6 senior management personnel holding positions in the Company (including senior management personnel concurrently serving as Company directors). Their salaries were determined based on their specific management positions and performance appraisal results. The total actual salary paid in 2025 was 3.5113 million yuan (pre-tax), which included the base salary for 2025 and the performance bonus for 2024. No additional allowances will be issued. For specific salary payment details, please refer to the "Compensation Situation of Directors and Senior Management" in Section IV, 3 of the "2025 Annual Report" published by the Company on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on March 25, 2026.
