Beijing Lier High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 16th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 9, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-engaging Accounting Firm." The Company intends to re-engage Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor for 2026. This proposal needs to be submitted for deliberation at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Proposed Re-engaged Accounting Firm
Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daxin") has the qualification to audit financial statements for securities and futures-related businesses and possesses rich experience and capabilities in auditing listed companies. During its tenure as the Company's auditor, it has strictly adhered to relevant laws and regulations, conducted independent audits with a fair and objective attitude, issued audit opinions fairly and reasonably, and effectively fulfilled the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the contract signed by both parties. To maintain the continuity of audit work, the Company proposes to re-engage Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's auditor for 2026, with a term of one year.
