As an independent director of Aerospace Rainbow Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and convener of the Nomination Committee, since taking office as an independent director of the Seventh Board of Directors, I have faithfully performed my duties in accordance with the "Company Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the Company's "Independent Director Work System." I have diligently, conscientiously, and diligently exercised the rights granted by shareholders; fully leveraged my role as an independent director to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.
During the reporting period, I was re-elected as an independent director of the Seventh Board of Directors of the Company by the Company's 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Mr. Xu Xuezong, male, born in November 1979, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Master's degree, with dual Master's degrees in Engineering and Public Administration, and is a Senior Engineer. He previously served as an engineer at the 206th Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Second Academy, Chief of Model Quality Assurance in the Product Assurance Department of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Second Academy, Deputy Director and Director of the Project Management Department of the Military-Civil Integration and Civil Industry Department of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Second Academy, Deputy General Manager of Aerospace Science and Industry Smart Industry Development Co., Ltd., and Chief Executive Officer of Hanergy Thin Film Power Group Commercial Power Generation Business Unit. He currently serves as an independent director of Aerospace Rainbow Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Co., Ltd., General Manager of Beijing Guoke Zhi Ben Technology Co., Ltd., Chairman of Beijing Aerospace Zhi Ben Technology Co., Ltd., and Dean of Zhi Ben Academy.
