I. Basic Situation of New Litigation
New Asia Process (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang New Asia Zhongning New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Asia Zhongning") filed a lawsuit with the Shanghai Xuhui District People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Xuhui Court") in July 2026 regarding an equity transfer dispute with Ningbo Yongxian Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Yongxian"), Ningbo Shanshan New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Shanshan Co., Ltd. The amount involved is approximately RMB 459,478,708.19. The Company recently received the "Notice of Case Acceptance" served by the Xuhui Court, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
