(I) Basic Situation of This Guarantee
To meet the needs of daily business development, the Company's subsidiary, XinYa Zhongning New Materials Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XinYa Zhongning New Materials"), is applying for a working capital loan totaling RMB 29,800,000.00 from Agricultural Bank of China Quzhou Green Specialization Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Agricultural Bank Quzhou Green Specialization Branch"). The Company will provide a maximum joint and several liability guarantee for this credit line.
