Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 For the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company, shareholders, employees, and creditors, standardizing the organization and conduct of the company, and in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), and other relevant regulations, these Articles of Association are formulated.

The Company is registered with the Administration for Market Regulation of Zhejiang Province, has obtained a business license, and its unified social credit code is 91440300745197274Y.
Article 3 The Company was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 5, 2010, to issue 28 million shares of RMB ordinary shares to the public for the first time, and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 13, 2010.
Article 4 The registered name of the Company is: Xin Ya Zhi Cheng (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. English name: Sunyes Manufacturing (ZheJiang) Holding Co., Ltd.
Article 5 The domicile of the Company is: Room A-120, Building 1, No. 6 Kaixuan South Road, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
Article 6 The registered capital of the Company is RMB 50,653.422 million yuan.
