1. Background
According to the Special Legal Advisory Agreement signed between Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm and Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer," "the Company," or "Tianyuan Shares"), our firm serves as the special legal advisor for the Issuer's stock issuance to specific objects (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). We have issued the legal opinion document 京天股字（2026）第 129 号 and the lawyer's work report 京天股字（2026）第 129-1 号, which have been submitted as statutory documents along with other application materials for this issuance.
In response to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's review letter [2026]120029 dated May 12, 2026, regarding Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd.'s application for stock issuance to specific objects (hereinafter referred to as "the Inquiry Letter"), we now issue this supplementary legal opinion (hereinafter referred to as "this Supplementary Legal Opinion") in accordance with the requirements of the Inquiry Letter.
