In accordance with the "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," relevant laws and regulations, the "Articles of Association of Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd.," and the "Work Rules of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd.," and by referencing industry and regional compensation levels, as well as the company's operating performance, this plan is hereby formulated.
I. Scope of Application
Senior management personnel include the General Manager, Deputy General Managers, Chief Engineer, Secretary of the Board, Chief Financial Officer, and other senior management personnel as stipulated in the company's Articles of Association.
II. Principles
The compensation of senior management personnel of the company should be commensurate with market development, aligned with the company's operating performance and individual performance, and coordinated with the company's sustainable development.
