We were engaged to audit the financial statements of Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyuan Shares"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity for 2025, and related financial statement notes, and issued an audit report. Based on the audit of the above financial statements, we have reviewed the "Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd. 2025 Revenue Deduction Statement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Revenue Deduction Statement") prepared by Tianyuan Shares.
