To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Beijing DaBeiNong Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly performed my duties in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Standardized Operation Guide No. 1," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have upheld the principles of honesty, diligence, and independence, conscientiously fulfilling my responsibilities. I have kept abreast of the Company's development dynamics, actively participated in relevant meetings, and expressed independent and objective opinions on major operational decisions and matters, fully exercising the functions of an independent director and effectively safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders. Basic Information of Independent Directors (I) Personal Information Mr. Zang Zhihong, born in 1963, is of Han ethnicity, a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad, and holds a Ph.D. in Management from China Agricultural University. He has served as Secretary to the President of China Agricultural University, Head of the Finance Department, and Secretary of the Party Branch of the Finance Department. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Finance Department of the School of Economics and Management. From December 2013 to December 2019, he served as an independent director of Beijing Gold Mantis Financial Co., Ltd. From October 2021 to September 2025, he served as an independent director of Green Harvest Technology Group Co., Ltd. From January 2018 to October 2024, he served as an independent director of Beinnong Technology Co., Ltd. He is currently an independent director of the Company.
