The first meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors of Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") (hereinafter referred to as the "Meeting") was held on May 15, 2026, through on-site and teleconference methods. To maintain the continuity of the Board of Directors' work, the notice for this meeting was verbally communicated to all directors after the 2025 Annual General Meeting. All directors unanimously agreed to waive the notice period requirement for this Board meeting. A total of 11 directors were eligible to attend, and 11 directors were present. Senior management personnel of the Company attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yuan Yonggang, who was jointly nominated by all directors. The convening of this meeting complies with the provisions of the Company Law, the Articles of Association, and other relevant laws and regulations.
