To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have diligently exercised my rights and fulfilled my duties, fully playing the role of an independent director, safeguarding the standardized operation of the Company and the overall interests of shareholders, and conscientiously fulfilling the obligations and responsibilities of an independent director. The following is a report on my fulfillment of independent director duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information
I, Xu Weidong, am a Chinese national with a doctoral degree. I am currently an independent director of this Company, an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Management, Zhejiang University, a Zhejiang University Qiushi Young Scholar, and an independent director of Zhejiang Jiemei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
As an independent director of the Company, I have self-inspected and found that I meet the relevant requirements for the independence of independent directors stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulation Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and there are no circumstances that affect my independence.
