2025 Annual Independent Director's Performance Report

Hello everyone!
As an independent director of Lufan Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Sound Corporate Governance Structure for Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association of Lufan Medical Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and the "Independent Director System" and other relevant laws, regulations, and rules, I have conscientiously, fairly, and independently fulfilled my duties with diligence and responsibility. In my work during 2025, I actively attended relevant meetings as required, carefully reviewed various proposals, and exercised my role as an independent director to protect the interests of the Company and shareholders, especially small and medium investors. Here is a brief report of my work in 2025:
I. Basic Information
I, Liu Hai Bo, was born in September 1970, am a Chinese national with no overseas residency, a member of the Communist Party of China, hold a bachelor's degree, and have a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law (part-time) and have completed advanced legal studies at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. I am a representative of the 18th and 19th People's Congress of Linzi District, Zibo City, and a member of the Supervision and Justice Committee. I am also an executive director of the Zibo Lawyers Association and have served as a legal advisor to various government agencies, enterprises, and public institutions, including the Zhangdian District People's Government, Linzi District People's Government, Zibo Linzi District Market Supervision Administration, and Zibo Linzi District Water Resources Bureau. I am currently the director and party branch secretary of Shandong Quanzheng (Linzi) Law Firm and an independent director of Zibo Qixiang Tengda Co., Ltd.
