As an independent director of Zhejiang Shuangjian Rubber Co., Ltd. I am Ling Zhongliang, male, a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. Born in April 1985, I hold a bachelor's degree and am a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Accountant in China. I previously served as a Senior Project Manager at Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), Investment Manager at Zhejiang Guangfeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., Executive Partner at Anji JinYin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Assistant President of Zhejiang Shenghua Holding Group Co., Ltd. I also served as an independent director of Zhejiang Zhongtian Oriental Fluorosilicone Materials Co., Ltd. Currently, I am the President of Zhejiang Guangfeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., a supervisor of Zhejiang Haili Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a partner of Anji RuiXi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), a director of Hangzhou Junling Education Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuanjing Sports Goods Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Zhongao Technology Co., Ltd.
