To the shareholders:
I was appointed as an independent director of Zhejiang Shuangjian Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on December 29, 2025. During my tenure in 2025, I strictly adhered to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 – Norms for the Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board," as well as the Company's "Articles of Association" and the Company's "Independent Director System." I actively participated in relevant company meetings, expressed independent opinions on company matters, and conscientiously and diligently fulfilled my duties as an independent director, exercising the rights granted by the Company and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders. I. Basic Information
I am Ding Naixiu, female, a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I was born in August 1975 and hold a Ph.D. in Materials Processing Engineering and am a professor at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. From March 2005 to December 2007, I was a teacher of Polymer Materials at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. From December 2007 to December 2014, I was an associate professor of Polymer Materials at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. From January 2015 to the present, I have been a professor of Polymer Materials at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. I have previously served as an independent director for Sailun Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao Weilong Valve Co., Ltd., Qingdao Guoen Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Ruifeng Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Haistai Mould Technology Co., Ltd., and as a director for Beijing Beihua High-Tech New Technology Co., Ltd. I am currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Research Institute of High-Performance Polymers at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and an independent director for Qingdao Sentury Tire Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Sanli Benno New Materials Co., Ltd. Since May 2022, I have served as a member of the Investment Committee of Qingdao Xuehe Youqingyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). I have served as an independent director of this Company since December 29, 2025.
