Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To improve the company's standardized operation, enhance the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information disclosure, improve the quality and transparency of annual report information disclosure, and prevent major errors in annual report information disclosure, this system is formulated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") and the company's actual situation.
Article 2 The accountability system referred to in this system is a system for accountability and handling when personnel involved in annual report information disclosure fail to perform their duties and obligations or perform them incorrectly, or due to other personal reasons, causing significant economic losses or adverse social impact to the company.
Article 3 This system applies to the company's directors, senior management personnel, responsible persons of holding subsidiaries, controlling shareholders and actual controllers, and other personnel related to the work of annual report information disclosure.
Article 4 The implementation of the accountability system shall follow the following principles: seek truth from facts, be objective and fair, investigate and deal with errors; the fault and responsibility shall be commensurate; responsibility and rights shall be equal.
