Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To regulate the information disclosure activities of Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Company") and its subsidiaries, strengthen information disclosure management, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 5 - Information Disclosure Management," and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), this System is formulated.
Article 2 Information disclosure obligors shall disclose information truthfully, accurately, completely, and timely, and shall not have false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.
Article 3 The Company's directors and senior management personnel shall faithfully and diligently perform their duties, ensure that the Company discloses information in a timely and fair manner, and that the content of information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, without false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.
