The following is a report on the Audit Committee's performance evaluation of the company's annual audit firm for 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities:
I. Basic Information of the 2025 Annual Audit Firm
Name: Gongzheng Tianye Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) Date of Establishment: Gongzheng Tianye was founded in 1982 and was among the first batch of accounting firms approved nationwide to engage in securities, futures, and financial business audits. On September 18, 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership. Organizational Form: Special General Partnership Registered Address: Room 5-1001, Jiaye Fortune Center, Taihu New Town, Wuxi City Executive Partner/Chief Partner: Zhang Cai Bin As of the end of 2025, Gongzheng Tianye had 56 partners, 312 certified public accountants, and 172 certified public accountants who had signed audit reports for securities services. Gongzheng Tianye's audited total revenue for 2025 was RMB 293.0646 million, of which audit service revenue was RMB 249.8016 million and securities service revenue was RMB 157.0631 million. In 2025, the firm served 80 listed companies for their annual report audits, with a total audit fee of RMB 85.4862 million. The main industries of these listed companies include manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, water conservancy, environmental and public facilities management, and scientific research and technical services. Among these, 65 clients are listed companies in the same industry as our company.
