Independent Financial Advisor Statement
Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Independent Financial Advisor") has been entrusted by Shandong Hongqiao Aluminum Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongqiao Holdings," "the Listed Company," or "the Company") to serve as the independent financial advisor for the issuance of shares by Shandong Hongqiao Aluminum Holdings Co., Ltd. to purchase assets and the connected transactions. This continuing supervision opinion is issued in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 8 - Major Asset Restructuring," and other laws and regulations. It adheres to the recognized business standards, ethical norms, and the spirit of honesty, good faith, diligence, and responsibility in the securities industry. Based on a thorough review of relevant materials and a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of this transaction, the Independent Financial Advisor expresses its continuing supervision opinion. The purpose is to provide an independent, objective, and fair evaluation of the transaction's implementation, for the reference of all shareholders and relevant parties of the Listed Company.

The documents and materials on which this continuing supervision opinion is based have been provided by all parties to this transaction. The providers have committed that the aforementioned materials are true, accurate, and complete, and do not contain any false statements, misleading representations, or material omissions. They shall bear individual and joint legal responsibility for any consequences arising from the breach of these commitments.

The Independent Financial Advisor has fulfilled its due diligence obligations in accordance with regulations and has sufficient reason to believe that the professional opinions expressed do not have any substantive differences from the information disclosed by the Listed Company. The Independent Financial Advisor is confident that the Listed Company's information disclosure documents are true, accurate, and complete.

This continuing supervision opinion does not constitute any investment advice for the Listed Company. The Independent Financial Advisor shall not bear any responsibility for any investment decisions made by investors based on this continuing supervision opinion and the corresponding risks.

Definitions
In this continuing supervision opinion, unless otherwise stated, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
