Report of the Audit Committee on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm for 2025 and Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-regulation Supervision Guide No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Working Rules of the Audit Committee" of Shandong Hongqiao Aluminum Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors hereby reports on the evaluation of Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe")'s performance in 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
(I) Institutional Information Name: Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) Date of Establishment: March 2, 2012 (Beijing Finance and Taxation Permit [2011] No. 0056) Organizational Form: Special General Partnership Registered Address: 8th Floor, Block A, Fuhua Building, 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing Chief Partner: Mr. Tan Xiaoqing As of December 31, 2025, Xinyonghe had 257 partners and 1,799 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who signed audit reports for securities services exceeded 700.

- Personnel Information Engagement Partner: Mr. Hou Liming, obtained China Certified Public Accountant qualification in 2004, began engaging in listed company audits in 2006, started practicing at Xinyonghe in 2014, and began providing audit services to the Company in 2025. He has signed and reviewed audit reports for over 5 listed companies in the past three years. Engagement Quality Control Review Partner: Mr. Guo Yong, obtained China Certified Public Accountant qualification in 2007, began engaging in listed company audits in 2008, started practicing at Xinyonghe in 2019, and will begin providing audit services to the Company in 2026. He has signed and reviewed audit reports for over 6 listed companies in the past three years. Signing Certified Public Accountant: Mr. Long Yang, obtained China Certified Public Accountant qualification in 2019, began engaging in listed company audits in 2018, started practicing at Xinyonghe in 2019, and is scheduled to begin providing audit services to the Company in 2025. He has signed audit reports for 1 listed company in the past three years.
