We have audited the 2025 financial statements of Shandong Hongqiao Aluminum Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongqiao Holdings"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements for 2025, the consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, the consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity, and the notes to the financial statements. We issued an unqualified audit report XYZH/2026CQAA2B0009 on March 19, 2026.
In accordance with the "Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8—Supervision Requirements for Listed Companies' Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" (CSRC Announcement [2022] No. 26) and the relevant disclosure requirements of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Hongqiao Holdings has prepared the Summary Table of Non-operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table") attached to this special statement. It is the responsibility of Hongqiao Holdings to prepare and publicly disclose the Summary Table and to ensure its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness. We have cross-checked the information contained in the Summary Table with the accounting information and audited financial statements that we reviewed during our audit of Hongqiao Holdings' 2025 financial statements. In all material respects, we found no inconsistencies.
In addition to performing the audit of Hongqiao Holdings' 2025 financial statements and cross-checking the amounts in the Summary Table attached to this special statement with the accounting information and audited financial statements provided by Hongqiao Holdings during our audit, we have not performed any additional procedures on the Summary Table attached to this special statement.
To better understand the Summary Table of Non-operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions for Hongqiao Holdings in 2025, the Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements.
