I, Wang Jingbin, have served as an independent director of Chuyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") since May 19, 2023, as part of the sixth board of directors. In 2025, I strictly adhered to the provisions of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the Company's Articles of Association, and the Company's "Independent Director Work System." I conscientiously, diligently, and assiduously performed my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, and provided prudent and objective independent opinions on matters related to the Company. I fully exercised the role of an independent director, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. (I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions of Independent Director
I, Wang Jingbin, am a Chinese national. I graduated from the Department of Geology, Central South University (formerly Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) with a major in Mineral Prospecting and Exploration. I hold a postgraduate degree, a doctoral degree, and have completed postdoctoral research. I am a senior engineer at the professor level. I previously served as the Chief Engineer and Director of the Beijing Research Institute of Mineral Resources, Director of the Center for Nonferrous Metal Mineral Geological Survey, and Vice President of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. I am currently an independent director of this Company, Chief Geologist of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Geological Exploration Co., Ltd.
