Hubei Guochuang High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed its "2025 Annual Report" on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 18, 2026. To facilitate investors' comprehensive understanding of the Company, the Company will hold an online performance briefing for the 2025 annual results. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Schedule for the Performance Briefing

- Method: The performance briefing will be conducted through online text interaction.

- Company Attendees: Mr. Lü Huasheng, General Manager; Mr. Yan Faxian, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board; Independent Directors Ms. Mei Zuweihui and Ms. Qiu Jianping (attendees may be adjusted in case of special circumstances).
