(hereinafter referred to as "Yasha Holdings"), stating that Yasha Holdings has completed the release and re-pledge of part of its shares in the Company on August 4, 2026. The details are as follows:

- Yasha Holdings has completed the release of the pledge of part of its shares in the Company.
On September 12, 2025, Yasha Holdings pledged 37,000,000 shares of the Company to the Shaoxing Branch of Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd.
Yasha Holdings completed the release of the pledge of the aforementioned shares on August 4, 2026.
