I. Overview of External Investment
- Basic Situation of External Investment Zhejiang Yasha Decoration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") agrees to use its own funds of 1,127.52 million MOP (approximately 1.3969 million USD, converted based on the RMB exchange rate published by the People's Bank of China on May 15, 2026, subject to the actual exchange rate at the time of capital increase) to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Aoshan Construction (Macau) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Aoshan Construction"). The entire amount of the capital increase will be added to the capital reserve. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Aoshan Construction will remain unchanged at 25,000 MOP, and the Company's total investment will be 1.40 million USD.
