2025 Annual Independent Director Performance Report
To all shareholders and representatives:
As an independent director of the sixth board of Zhejiang Yasha Decoration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and internal control documents such as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System," I have fulfilled my duties as an independent director during 2025. I have performed my duties diligently, conscientiously, and prudently, exercising the rights granted to me by the Company. I actively attended the Company's relevant meetings in 2025, carefully reviewed the proposals of the board of directors, and strived to protect the overall interests of the Company and the interests of shareholders, especially the interests of public shareholders.

Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions of Independent Directors
I, Wang Wei'an, born in 1965, hold a doctoral degree, have the title of professor, am a second-level academic leader of Zhejiang Province's "151 Talent Project," and a monetary policy consulting expert for the Hangzhou Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China. I am also a director of the Chinese Society of Finance, a director of the Zhejiang Society of Finance, a standing director of the Zhejiang Society of International Finance, and a standing director of the Zhejiang Society of Enterprise Management. From July 1986 to September 1999, I served as an assistant lecturer in the Economics Department of Hangzhou University, an associate professor in the Finance and Economics Department, and a professor in the School of Finance and Economics. From October 1999 to the present, I have been the Director of the Financial Research Institute of Zhejiang University and a doctoral supervisor. I am currently an independent director of Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Zhejiang Xiaoshan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.
