As an independent director of Shandong Zhongrui Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly complied with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and "Independent Director Work System" during 2025. I have faithfully and diligently performed my duties as an independent director, prudently and conscientiously exercised my powers, actively attended relevant meetings, and carefully reviewed all proposals from the Board of Directors. Leveraging my professional knowledge, I have provided opinions and suggestions for the Company's operational decisions and standardized operations, safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.
I. Basic Information of Independent Director (I) Personal Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions I, Liu Shengjun, was born in October 1974. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and a Ph.D. in Economics from East China Normal University. In 2001, I conducted postdoctoral research at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. I have served as a researcher at the Case Study Center of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Assistant Director of the Case Study Center at CEIBS, Assistant Dean of the CEIBS Lujiazui International Finance Research Institute, and Deputy Dean of the CEIBS Lujiazui International Finance Research Institute. I have previously served as an independent director for Yaben Chemical Co., Ltd., Nanjing Simaikete Special Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuxi Chengxin Silicon Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jinhe Commercial Co., Ltd., CCIC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., and Bellen Medical Co., Ltd. I am currently an external director of Shandong Gold Group, an external director of Zhejiang Provincial Transportation Investment Group, an independent director of Blue Ocean Bank, and the Chairman of Shanghai Gezhi Business Services Co., Ltd. In January 2010, I obtained an independent director qualification certificate issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. I have served as an independent director of the Company since November 2022.
