As an independent director of Zhejiang Weixing New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly adhered to the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Corporate Governance Guidelines," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulation No. 1 - Norms for Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board," and other regulatory requirements, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors," fulfilling my duties with diligence and responsibility to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Personal Information
- Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions I, He Weiting, was born in February 1981 and hold a Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering. I previously served as the General Manager of the Innovation Business Research Department at Supcon Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, I am a full-time researcher at the National Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology at Zhejiang University and the Deputy Director of the Intelligent Equipment Research Institute at the Huzhou Industrial Control Technology Research Institute. I have served as an independent director of the Company since December 26, 2025.
