In 2025, as an independent director of Taiji Computer Co., Ltd. Basic Information of Independent Directors (I) Basic Information Zhou Yibing, male, Chinese national, graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a major in Precision Mechanical Engineering and Precision Instruments, holding a bachelor's degree. Since 1996, he has served as Deputy General Manager of the Business Unit at Lenovo Group, General Manager of LTL Business Unit at Digital China Holdings Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shenyang Platform, General Manager of System Integration Department, Assistant President, and Vice President. He also served as Vice President and President of Digital China Information Services Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman and Chairman of China Operations at M&A Securities Holdings Co., Ltd. He is an independent director of the Company's sixth board of directors.
