In 2025, as an independent director of Taiji Computer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "this Company"), I have strictly followed the relevant provisions of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have faithfully, diligently, and independently performed my duties, actively participated in relevant meetings convened by the Company, conscientiously reviewed all proposals of the Board of Directors and special committees, and promptly understood the Company's operations, management, audit, and risk control. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Basic Information Shang Youguang, male, Chinese national, holds a Master's degree in Finance from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Dalian University of Technology. He has previously worked at Fushun Normal College and the Fushun Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Finance, Central University of Finance and Economics, and an independent director of this Company.
