We have been engaged to audit the 2025 financial statements of Taiji Computer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiji Shares"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity, and the notes to the financial statements. We issued a qualified audit report on April 29, 2026, with report number Zhongxinghua Audit (2026) No. 00012122.
In accordance with the requirements of the "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 - Requirements for Supervision of Listed Company Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" jointly issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling," Taiji Shares has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions for the year 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table").
The accurate preparation and public disclosure of the Summary Table, ensuring its truthfulness, legality, and completeness, are the responsibility of Taiji Shares' management. We have cross-checked the information in the Summary Table with the accounting information and audited financial statements that we reviewed during our audit of Taiji Shares' 2025 financial statements. In all material respects, we found no inconsistencies. In addition to the audit procedures related to related party transactions performed during the audit of Taiji Shares' 2025 financial statements, we have not performed any additional audit procedures on the information contained in the Summary Table. To better understand Taiji Shares' non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions, the attached Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited 2025 financial statements.
