Compensation Management System for Directors and Senior Management
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To promote the company's healthy and sustainable development, enhance the sense of diligence, loyalty, and integrity among the directors and senior management of Kangli Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), establish a scientific and effective incentive and restraint mechanism, improve management levels through objective evaluation of work performance and capabilities, effectively enhance the company's overall performance, and thus promote the company's achievement of business objectives and maintain healthy, standardized, and sustainable development of the enterprise. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Guiding Principles for Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the "Articles of Association of Kangli Elevator Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association") and the "Working Rules of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Board of Directors of Kangli Elevator Co., Ltd.," this system is formulated.
Article 2 This system applies to all directors and senior management personnel of the Company. Senior management personnel include: the general manager, deputy general managers, financial controller, secretary of the board, and other senior management personnel directly appointed by the Company's board of directors in accordance with the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association."
