We have been entrusted to audit the 2025 financial statements of KANGLI Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and have issued an audit report, Tianheng Shen Zi (2026)00653.
In accordance with the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 - Supervision of Listed Company Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling," the Company's management has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table"). The accurate preparation and external disclosure of the Summary Table, ensuring its truthfulness, legality, and completeness, are the responsibility of the Company's management. Our responsibility is to audit the Summary Table and issue this special statement.
We have reconciled the Summary Table with the Company's relevant accounting information and have not found any material inconsistencies in all important aspects. Apart from the audit procedures performed on the Company's related party transactions during the financial statement audit and the reconciliation procedures mentioned above, we have not performed any additional audit or other procedures on the Summary Table. To better understand the Company's non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions in 2025, the Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements.
