Independent Director's 2025 Annual Performance Report
To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Qianjiang Yong'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly abided by the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have diligently and faithfully performed my duties, actively attended relevant company meetings, carefully reviewed various proposals, and fully exercised my functions as an independent director to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The report on my performance in 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information
(I) Work Experience
I am Zhang Bing, born in February 1960, a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency, and a member of the Communist Party of China. I graduated with a major in Exercise Physiology from Beijing Sport University, holding a doctoral degree. I am a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University, the third deputy director of the Standardization Technical Committee for Health Services in China, and a distinguished visiting scholar at the School of Public Health, Indiana University, USA. My main research areas include intelligent health management throughout the entire life cycle, medical supervision for high-level sports teams, functional assessment and evaluation, functional training, and sports injury treatment and rehabilitation. I have published over 120 papers in core journals such as SCI, authored or co-authored 30 books, and hold 9 patents. I previously taught in the Department of Physical Education at Northwest Normal University and currently serve as the Director of the Research Center for Sports and Health Sciences at Tsinghua University. I have served as an independent director of the Company since June 2021.
