2025 Annual Auditor Performance Evaluation Report
Hangzhou Zhongheng Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has appointed Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghui" or "Zhonghui CPA") as the Company's 2025 audit institution. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," etc., the Company has conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Zhonghui CPA's performance during the 2025 audit process and issued the 2025 Auditor Performance Evaluation Report. Based on the evaluation, the Company believes that Zhonghui CPA's qualifications and conditions are compliant and effective, its performance is independent, and it can express opinions objectively and fairly. The specific situation is as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Zhonghui CPA was established on December 19, 2013, with its registered address at Room 601, Block A, Hualian Times Building, No. 8 Xinyue Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou. In 2024, it undertook annual report audits for 205 listed companies, covering major industries such as manufacturing-electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing, manufacturing-computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services-software and information technology services, manufacturing-special equipment manufacturing, and manufacturing-pharmaceutical manufacturing. The total audit fee for listed companies in the previous year (2024 annual report) was RMB 169.63 million, and the Company has 20 audit clients in the same industry.
As of December 31, 2025, the firm has 117 partners, 688 certified public accountants, and 278 certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
