The meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 Audit Institution." The Company proposes to re-appoint He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit institution, and this proposal will be submitted to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting for consideration. He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is an accounting firm with qualifications for securities and futures related business. It possesses sufficient independence, professional competence, and investor protection capabilities. During its provision of audit services to the Company, it has diligently performed its duties, adhered to the professional principles of independence, objectivity, and fairness, and has effectively completed the relevant work entrusted by the Company, strictly fulfilling the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the business agreement between the two parties. Due to the good cooperation between the two parties, and to maintain the continuity of the Company's audit work, the Company proposes to re-appoint He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit institution for a term of one year.
