As an independent director of Shandong Longji Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the Company Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Guiding Opinions on Self-Regulation of Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the Articles of Association and the Work System for Independent Directors. I have diligently, faithfully, and responsibly performed my duties, fully leveraging the role of an independent director to safeguard the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I. Basic Information
I am Sun Dekun, male, born in September 1974, a Chinese national with no overseas residency. I hold a college degree and am a certified public accountant with a senior accountant title. I have previously worked for Yantai Jiaoyun Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Fangzheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. I am currently the General Manager and Chief Accountant of Shandong Haode Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.; General Manager of Yantai Tongji Financial Consulting Co., Ltd.; and General Manager of Yantai De Yong Tax Agents Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director of the Company since August 3, 2023. Independent director concurrent positions: I have served as an independent director of Hengtong Logistics Co., Ltd. since August 2023. During the reporting period, my position complies with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies and does not affect my independence.
