As an independent director of Shandong Longi Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Main Board Listed Company Normative Operation," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors" and other relevant regulations. - Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I am Zhang Jiang, male, born in February 1980, a Chinese national with no overseas residency. I hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and am a senior engineer. I have served as Deputy Director of the Development Center of Shandong Provincial Machinery Design Institute, Deputy Secretary-General and Secretary-General of the Casting Association of Shandong Province, concurrently serving as Deputy Secretary-General of the China Foundry Association, Vice President of the Youth Entrepreneur Branch of the China Foundry Association, and a member of the editorial boards of "Foundry Technology" and "Special Casting and Nonferrous Alloys." I am currently the Secretary-General of the Casting Association of Shandong Province, Vice President of the Youth Entrepreneur Branch of the China Foundry Association, and Deputy Director of the Development Center of Shandong Provincial Machinery Design Institute. I have served as an independent director of the Company since August 3, 2023.
