Hanwang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 13th meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors on March 26, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." The Company proposes to re-appoint Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's financial audit institution for 2026, with a term of one year. This re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
